Hi!  My name is Tricia Haefeli and I'm an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT).  I've been  instructing and leading the Crack of Dawn Bootcamp for Women for THREE years now, and it has been a wonderful, rewarding experience!  I love working out and helping women meet their fitness goals.  My personal philosophy is that  most people stick with a workout experience that is fun, challenging and supportive.  The Bootcamp for Women is developed to reap the benefits of both cardio vascular exercise and weight training.  The testimonials speak for themselves.  Bootcamp appeals to a wide range of fitness levels because the exercises are "tiered" so that women can participate at the intensity level best suited to their ability.  The workout itself is different each time, and includes "obstacle course Fridays" (see photo gallery page!) so it doesn't get stale.  5:20 a.m. is EARLY!!  We listen to great music, work hard, and we BOND.  Probably most importantly, we laugh a LOT!

To earn the NSCA-CPT credential, I worked with a trainer myself to gain practical skills, and also passed a written exam that was prepared by experts in the personal training profession.  The exam covered the areas of exercise techniques, program planning and client consultation among others.  Typically, 57.2% of individuals who sit for the NSCA-CPT exam pass. By passing this exam, I obtained the first nationally acredited personal fitness training credential, and the one Oprah recently endorsed as the one to look for when hiring a trainer.

The NSCA-CPT program encourages a higher level of competence among practitioners, which, in turn, raises the quality and safety of personal training programs administered by those who are NSCA-CPT certified.  The NSCA-CPT program was established in 1994 as a way of identifying individuals who possess the knowledge and skills needed to competently train active or sedentary individuals as well as those who have special health and fitness needs, and is the first personal training credential to become nationally accredited.

I am also available for one-on-one personal training, as well as sports specific and small group training.  Call for questions or information (973) 495-0087 or email me at Thaefeli@verizon.net.
