Workouts build gradually over a
six-week period. Challenge your strength and endurance capabilities.
v Workouts include: cardio, plyometrics, and strength training. Bring your own mat and 3- 5lb. weights. Enjoy the vigor of both indoor and outdoor locations.

Learn the basics of strength
training. Develop a balanced, total body personal routine even if you don’t
own weights or go to a gym.
